A class of inverse eigenvalue problem for periodic arrow-like matrices constructed by spectral data and its properties were discussed. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability and u-niqueness of the problem were obtained, followed by a feasible numerical algorithm according to Boley and Lanczos' algorithm.
