Research on the Risk Appraisal of Public Project Based on Entropy Method and VIKOR Method
摘要
Abstract
Considering that the entropy method and the objective criterion compromise solution ranking (VIKOR) method have advantages in solving multi-criteria decision problems, this paper used the two methods to evaluate public works' project risk and to overcome the difficulty resulting from the fixed weight method and the diversity of the decision-making. By selecting six construction projects of Changsha invested by the government for sample analysis, the results have shown that this method for the evaluation of public project risks is feasible and effective.关键词
