4种大蒜富硒能力的比较研究
Comparative Study on Selenium Accumulation Ability of Four Garlic Varieties

Abstract
Selenium accumulation abilities of four garlic varieties including Jin-Xiang Hybrid gar-lic, Jia-Xiang Pink garlic Cang-Shan Puke garlic and Jin-Xiang White garlic were studied under two culture conditions with selenium supply. The research showed that Jin-Xiang Hybrid garlic had the most total selenium content of 1. 346 mg/kg under selenium hydroponics and 2. 512 mg/kg under selenium foliar spraying. Jia-Xiang Pink garlic had the most organic selenium content of 1. 247 mg/kg under selenium hydroponics,and the maximum organic selenium conversion rate of 96. 3% and 0. 632 mg/kg under selenium foliar spraying,with the maximum organic selenium con-version rate of 35. 5%.关键词
