黄连温胆汤治疗不寐痰热扰心证65例OACSTPCD
目的:观察黄连温胆汤治疗不寐痰热扰心证的临床疗效.方法:确诊患者105例,按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组65例,对照组40例.对照组采用谷维素片,20 mg/次,3次/d,口服；维生素B1片,20 mg/次,3次/d,口服；维生素B6片,20mg/次,3次/d,口服；必要时在睡前30 min,给予舒乐安定片,2mg,口服.治疗组给予黄连温胆汤加减治疗,每日1剂,水煎服.两组均14 d为1个疗程,2个疗程结束停药10d后,统计疗效.治疗中所有患者戒烟…More>>
