Abstract
Objective Observation the effect of Yishen tune-periods method to ovarian reserve capacity in POF model rats in order to discusse dose-effect relationship and interaction mechanism,it can provide the scientific basis in prevention.Methods The rats were randomly divided into blank group (A),the rest of animal subjects are given by the injection of cyclophosphamide to establish POF model.POF model rats were randomly divided into namely model group (B),climen group (C),zishentianjing soup highdose group (Dl),zishentianjing soup lowdose group (D2),wenshentianjing soup highdose group (El),wenshentianjing soup lowdose group(E2),yishen tune-periods method highdose group (Fl) ,yishen tune-periods method lowdose group (F2).A,B group were poured distilled water into stomach twices daily,each group was poured once daily,consecutive medication last 20 days.After the last medication ,all rats were taken blood in decollation for blood serum,detect the serum levelof E2,FSH; detect the serum levelof AMH,INHB.Result 甧ach treatment group of serum level of E2 were increased compared with model group; Each treatment group of serum level of FSH were decreased; 〆ach treatment group of serum level of AMH were increased compared with model group,each treatment group of INHB expression were enhanced compared with model group.Among groups had significant difference; Conclusion Yishen tuneperiods method can adjustment macro serum level of FSH,LH,E2,AMH,INHB and strengthen to improve ovarian reserve capacity,the high dose group of curative effect is distinct.关键词
