前列灌洗液对选择性绿激光前列腺汽化术后近期并发症的疗效观察
Clinical curative effects of Qianlie Irrigating Solution on the short-term post-operative complications of photoselective vaporization of the prostate

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Qianlie Irrigating Solution in the short-term postoperative complications of photoselective vaporization of the prostate (PVP).Methods 61 patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into treatment group (31 cases) and control group(30 cases).Qianlie Irrigating Solution was used in treatment group,and physiological saline was used in control group for continuous bladder irrigation after PVP.Red blood cells and white blood cells in urine were observed at each time point and cystospasm frequency within 24 hours in the two groups.And the hematuria and urethra irritation were followed up to evaluate curative effects.Results Urine red blood cells and white blood cells at each time point in treatment group were significantly reduced compared with the control group (P<0.05,P< 0.01).And the cystospasm frequency within 24 hours in treatment group was significantly lessen than that in control group (P<0.05).There was statistically significance in postoperative hematuria and urethra irritation between treatment group and control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion Qianlie Irrigating Solution has the effects of clearing heat,detoxification,removing heat from blood to arrest bleeding and astringency.Continuous bladder irrigation after PVP can well reduce postoperative complications and improve patients'quality of life,and worthy recommending in clinic.关键词
