血瘀与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的相关性探讨OACSTPCD
Correlation of blood stasis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
瘀血是慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的重要病理因素之一,本文通过举例现代医学研究活血化瘀法对于治疗COPD的可行性及取得的良好临床疗效,阐述了COPD中瘀血的形成及COPD的发病机制,研究其相关性,发现血瘀是COPD病程中的必然产物和病理归宿,在COPD发展过程中的不同阶段,结合病情和体质进行辨证施治,灵活运用活血化瘀药物,可提高疗效.
Blood stasis is one of the important pathogenic factors contributing to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Apart from expounding the formation of congestion in the COPD and the mechanism of COPD, this paper also study their correlations. Studying the feasibility and good clinical curative effect of activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis in treating COPD through setting modern medical as examples.
