利用AhMITE1转座子分子标记鉴定花生F_1代杂种
Identification of Peanut F1 Hybrid Using AhMITE1 Transposable Element Marker
摘要
Abstract
Accurate identification of F1 hybrid is critical to hybridization breeding in peanut. MITE transposable marker is a type.of PCR marker with high polymorphism and easy detection by agarose gel electrophoresis. 7 pairs of polymorphic primers were used to amplify 166 F1 individual plants from 6 crosses. Out of those plants, 77 plants were identified as true hybrids, accounting for 44,86%. Based on phenotype and agronomic traits, 79 plants were identified as true hybrids, accounting for 47.59%.关键词
