Review and prospect of studies on historic district in China over past 30 years
历史街区是城市历史和文化资源的主要展示场所,对维护城市功能和文化结构的稳定性具有重要意义.根据中国政府颁布的历史街区政策和法规,结合相关研究成果,将中国历史街区的研究划分为萌芽、初步发展和全面发展3个阶段.并从历史街区的概念特征、理论模式、规划案例、公众参与、经济属性和旅游发展6个方面回顾了20世纪80年代以来中国在历史街区研究上的进展.最后,文章分析了中国历史街区研究存在人本精神缺少,忽视非物质遗产和过度商业化倾向等问题,认为中国历史街区的研究…查看全部>>
Historic districts, considered as the main exhibition sites of the history and culture resources, are important for the stability of urban functions and cultural structure.
