美国糜烂性毒剂损伤和救治研究项目及其进展
Research programs on vesicant injury and progress in the USA
摘要
Abstract
In recent years, the American National Institutes of Health (NIH) has sponsored some major programs of vesicant research with a big budget. The programs are operating mainly in designated research centers with their specific re -0search interest and tasks in order to meet the needs of translational medicine research , which indicates the superior admin -istrative mechanism of NIH. Studies on vesicant counter measures involve the damaging mechanism , antidote development and regimen evaluation. Some candidate drugs , such as doxycycline hydrogel, antioxidants ( silibinin, monothiol, dithiol, AEOL10150), nucleophilic scavenger ( dithiopurines and ellagic acid), have shown promising effect in alleviating the damage from vesicant exposure .关键词
