Analytic detection methods and metabolism of T-2 toxin: recent advances

Abstract
T-2, toxin is a typical and important trichothecene and has the highest toxicity among such trichothecenes . As a main mycotoxin causing food pollution , T-2 toxin has posed a serious threat to human health . In this review, recent advances in analysis and in vitro and in vivo metabolisms of T-2 toxin are summarized.关键词
