摘要

Abstract

Introduces a system design of Automatic Riveting Machine (ARM). The system based on the idea of CIMS using database and Ethernet communication improves the bus production quality and the degree of bus production automation. Compared with the traditional riveting machine it has two advantages: first,the establishment of the bus database would help the company with the tracking of bus production quality and bus sales and service. Second,the design uses Ethernet control and has some characteristics, such as: high degree of automation,high precision,high efficiency and the stable product quality.
