Abstract
The disposition of land price monitoring points is in relation to the configuration of truly reflect the level of urban land price in our country, and has an effect in the monitoring system of ur- ban land systematic and perfect in our country, still plays an important role in improving our country＇ s land market. So research on the price monitoring stations has a strong configuration of theoretical and practical significance. Combined with the market comparison monitoring stations ,TIN digital land price update model updating several aspects, such as urban land price monitoring stations to deter- mine the quantitative allocation and spatial orientation, establish the land price monitoring scheme. The land price monitoring points to configure the new method can provide theoretical reference for the current land price monitoring system to establish more effective.关键词
