摘要
Abstract
The low-carbon economy needs to be supported and guided by the low - carbon culture, which is closely linked to the level of productive forces as they are mutually dependent and comple- mentary during the whole development process of productive forces. The soft power from the low-car- bon culture could undoubtedly fuel the hard power from the development of the low-carbon economy. The urgent task on the development of the low-carbon economy is to establish a framework of low- carbon culture from all the technical aspects like industry, agriculture, energy, traffic, architecture and office, as well as from the spirit aspects like low-carbon trend worldwide, scientific develop- ment, traditional culture ,legal authority, disseminating channels and educational atmosphere.关键词
