Preliminary Study on Mutagenic Effects of 60 Co-γ Irradiationon Golden Delicious Apple and Gala Apple
摘要
Abstract
The mutagenic effects of 60Co -γ irradiation at different doses on the annual branches of Golden Delicious apple and Gala apple were studied. The results showed that: as the radiation dosage increased, the survival rate of the grafted branches decreased. The suitable irradiation dose for Golden Delicious apple and Gala apple was both 40～80 Gy. After irradiation within this dose range, the branches of apple trees became shorter, leaves became narrower, and the number of binary - cross branches and more - cross branches increased significantly.关键词
