Abstract
In order to optimize bulk curing technology and improve the usability of upper flue - cured tobacco leaves, the effects of different heating rates at leaf - drying stage on the usability of chemical components and appearance quality of upper flue - cured tobacco leaves were studied. The results revealed that: in the process of bulk curing, appropriately reducing the heating rate at leaf - drying stage could obviously enhance the usability of chemical components in tobacco leaves, and improve the appearance quality of the dried tobacco leaves. The treatment T2, (the heating rate was 1 ℃/2 h during 42 ~47 ℃ and during 47 ~54 ℃ ) had the beat effect.关键词
