Abstract
In order to realize the control of structural quality stability of tobacco lamina in the process of threshing and redrying, the tobacco lamina samples (CAAF3), which came from Yunnan province in 2008, were analyzed by using statistical process control (SPC) technology. The control charts for analysis and for control were constructed in this paper, and the judgment of steady state and the analysis of process capability were made. The results indicated that the samples in group 3 and group 5 were unstable in the course of threshing, and their process capability after eliminating unstable factors was lower (Cpk=0.36). So the SPC technology could effectively detect and control the structural quality of tobacco lamina in the process of threshing and redrying, and it could satisfy the demand of tobacco industry.关键词
