摘要

Abstract

The effects of applying different forms of nitrogen on wheat yield and Mn accumulation were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that the combined application of ammonium nitrogen and Mn could increase the yield and its components of Aikang 58, while obviously decrease the productive spikes and yield of Zhengmai 366. The combined application of nitrate nitrogen and Mn could significantly increase the 1000 - grain weight of Aikang 58 and Zhengmai 366. For Aikang 58, the application of ammonium nitrogen could increase the accumulation of Mn in plants, while the utilization of nitrate nitrogen could promote the transfer of Mn into the grain. The combined application of different forms of nitrogen and Mn fertilizer could significantly promote the accumulation of Mn in every part of Zhengmai 366.
