东乡花猪及其三、四元杂交猪的繁殖、生长、屠宰性能及肉质测定
Reproduction, Growth, Slaughter and Meat Quality Determination Tests of Dongxiang Spot Pig and Its Ternary and Quaternary Hybrid Pigs
摘要
Abstract
Taking 3 hybrid pig combinations ( Dongxiang spot pig × Dongxiang spot pig, Chang × Dudong, and Changda × Dudong) as the tested objects, this paper analyzed their reproductive and growth performance, carcass quality and meat quality characters. The results showed that the quaternary hybrid combination had the best reproductive performance, with the daily gain of 766.34 g, the feed / body weight ratio of 2.78:1 and the carcass lean meat percentage of 60.70%. The cross effect of quaternary hybrid pigs wag better than that of ternary hybrid pigs. The muscle of all pig combinations had a bright red color and good water - holding capaci-关键词
