Abstract
This paper deeply analyzed the motivations of rural human capital flow and the damage of rural human capital loss to rural economy, and put forward some policy suggestions, such as advancing the rural economic benefit, perfecting the social security mechanism, innovating education system, establishing the mechanism of human capital compensation and backflow.关键词
