基于非均匀采样系统的光栅刻划机频谱分析方法研究
A Method of Spectrum Analysis Based on the Non-uniform Data Sampling System of Grating Ruling Engine
摘要
Abstract
In the process of data sampling,owing to the influence of precision of operating system and task switching, the sampling system is unable to conduct uniform sampling. There is great error in dealing with un - uniform sampling data by using conventional discrete fourier transform. In terms of grating ruling engine, interpolation method in time domain and un - uniform discrete Fourier transform are introduced to conduct simulation for verification. Compared with the results of uniform Fourier transform, the errors of spectrum conversion are reduced. The utilization of interpolation method in time domain and un - uniform Fou- rier transform in the analysis of practical sampling data of grating ruling engine can obtain better results.关键词
