摘要

Abstract

Bevel gear drive is a kind of common mechanical transmission way, which is used to transfer motion and power between two intersecting axes. A lot of uncertain factors of the fuzziness and randomness exist in the bevel gear design parameters. This paper establishes the mathematical model of the fuzzy optimal design for the bevel gear drive according to the basic principle of the fuzzy mathematics, introduces fuzzy optimal design method, uses MATLAB optimal toolbox for optimization calculation in combination with the fuzzy optimal design example, and gives the calculation results of ordinary and fuzzy optimal designs respctively and then proves the optimality of its design.
