摘要

Abstract

The charge push chain in ammunition automatic loading system is rigid chain. Its flexibility is the same as the common chain. Generally, roller chain and wheel are used in our current rigid chain because the structure of the roller chain is simple and easy to be designed and assembled. But this chain's Joggling creates larger impact force and big changing effects, so its transmission efficiency is low and its running is not smooth. The silent chain is a conjugate transmission chain, whish has the advantage of calm jogging and can reducef the changing effects. This paper uses the simulation software to compare the characteristics of the two chains drives. As a results, we find the silent chain is better than the roller chain.
