Abstract
The ore in a fine-grained hematite-limonite has the characteristics of fine dissemination. The clay minerals exist on the surface of crystal hematite-limonite in the form of aggregate, leading to difficult single separation. When the three technical flowsheet of gravity separation, magnetic separation and magnetic-gravity separation was adopted, the separation index was unsatisfactory. Therefore, the technical flowsheet of ore matching and gravity separation by shaking table was adopted. Through the experimental research of ratio, grinding fineness and optimization , the result showed that when specularite was adopted as ore matching and the ratio of raw ore to specularite was 5:2, the iron concentrate with the grade of 64. 15% and the recovery of 33. 80% could be obtained. It provided the basis of development and use of the iron ore resources in this region which have better economic and social benefits.关键词
