硫铁矿焙烧及反应过程的初步研究
Preliminary Study on Roasting and Reaction Process of Pyrite
摘要
Abstract
The experiment on the pyrite concentrate containing 50% (wt) sulfur at 800℃ in fluidized-bed roaster was described in the paper. The content of sulfur was under 0.30% ( wt) and the total iron was over 64% in the cinder of pyrite, the main minerals of which were hematite, magnetite and maghemite. The pyrite was first decomposed in the process of roasting, producing oxidized or intermediate products on the surface of the pyrites particles with volume expanded, grain diameter increased and many microcracks produced. Under the affinity of the oxygen and traction effect generated by the escaped sulfur dioxide many cavities were produced in the cinder of pyrite. Explosive reactions of the pyrites particles happened at high temperature and rapid reaction rate so that little spherical cinders taking Fe2O3 as shell were produced or solid pyrite cinders with Fe2O3 shell and Fe3O4 substrate which was pinned by some Fe2O3 columnar crystals were produced.关键词
