摘要

Abstract

This paper analyzed the process of forced cooling in the high speed wire rolling line.Based on the analysis a whole set of control system was designed.According to the characteristics of the water cooling process,the systems functions have been divided hierarchically.The top level uses neural network model for self-learning classification,and the trained weights to the underlying control system to get the required values.The underlying system controls it in accordance with the set value in order to get better in the upper microstructure.
