摘要

Abstract

Carbon Fiber Reinforced P1astics(CFRP),a new kind of engineering mateha1,is widely used in civil engineering to strengthen old structures.The article studies the performances of short concrete column confined with CFRP under axia1 1oad in1ab and compares them with that of short concrete column and concrete column with spira1 reinforcement.Experiments show that under axia1 1oad,the short concrete column confined with CFRP has an amazing1y higher bearing capacity.
