摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the accumaltion, distribution of lymphocytic effected by biological behavior of cellular apoptosis protein for investigating pathogenesis in oral lichen planus. Method: Immunohistochemical technique was used to observe and anlysis the expression of Bcl-2 occurred in lymphocyte in 25 cases of OLP compared with control group. Result:Bcl-2 overexpressed cause polycolnal expanionaccumulation of infiltrating lymphocytes in OLP. Conclusion:The concentrated accumulation may be connective reaction to excessive proliferation of T lymphocyte activated by Bcl-2 in lesions of OLP.关键词
