摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) on blood components, electrolytes, renal function and plasma protein of patients. Methods 160 times plasma exchange were operated in 44 patients, the blood componets, electrolytes, renal function, plasma protein were examined pre- and post-TPE. Results The platelet of patiests in post-TPE was (94. 41±54.19)×109/L, compared with pre-treatment,which decreased 33. 3% (P<0. 01). Urea nitrogen decreased from (16.12 ±10.48) mmol/L to (14. 37±8. 98) mmol/Lt creatinine decreased from (511. 73± 441. 38) μmol/L to (455. 00±425. 54) μmol/L; globulin decreased from (56. 75±55. 65) g/L to (44. 52±40. 11) g/L; The ratio of albumin/globulin increased from (1. 14±0. 77) to (1. 28±0. 79)(P<0. 01), and it closed to normal value. Conclusion Therapeutic plasma exchange can improve renal function of patients, decrease globulin, and no effect on electrolyte was found.关键词
