Progresses of the Researches on KNN Based Lead-free Piezoelectric Ceramics
摘要
Abstract
KNN based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have been one of the most important lead-free piezoelectric materials as they reveal excellent piezoelectric properties and high Curie temperature. The research progress and trend of KNN based ceramics were summarized and reviewed with emphasizes on the new processing techniques and modification in this paper. Finally, the future prospect of KNN based piezoelectric ceramics was predicted.关键词
