三段式案例考核法在护理技能考核中的应用及效果
The Application and Effects of Three Section Type Case Evaluation Method in Nursing Skills Examination

Abstract
Objective To improve clinical analytical and problem-solving ability for nursing students. Methods 230 nursing students enrolled between 2005 to 2008 received yearly-updated clinic oriented training and education programs. In the end, test scores were compared according to the grade of the students to evaluate the results of improvment programs. Results Students in recent grades achieved significantly higher scores, with grade 2008 achieving higher scores than 2007, 2007 higher than 2006, and grade 2006 higher than 2005 (P <0.05). Conclusion Clinic oriented teaching programs (by the order of introduction, analysis, and problem solving) can significantly improve the career abilities of the nursing students.关键词
