Pentacam and IOLMaster in anterior chamber depth measurements:Agreement and Repeatability
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the differences of anterior chamber depth (ACD) determined by Pentacam and IOLMaster and to evaluate die agreement of the two instruments. Methods ACD of 61 right eyes were measured-with Pen-tocam and IOLMaster. Paired t lest was used to analyze die difference of mean ACD between nSe two methods,and me Bland-Altman method was used to erahiate the agreement of die two methods, ICC was used to evaluated die repeatability. Kcsons The mean ACD nine was (3.57 ±0.34) mn for Pentacam and (3.54 ±0. 34) mm for IOLMasler ( P =0. 023). Tne Bland-Altmann sbowed that the tiro methods had Mimparable results. Condosfaa Pentacam and IOLMaster has agreement in ACD measurement, and bom method have good repeatability.关键词
