血脂、血压对早期糖尿病视网膜病变进展的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the influences of related systemic factors for diabetic retinopathy ( DR). Methods The eaiiy DR were divided info four periods which include DR-0 period, mild, moderate and severe degree of non-prolif-erative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR). An examination outcomes from 30 cases of each DR group and 40 cases of normal control group including age, level of blood glucose,systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and serum lipid level were recorded. Analysis of its relationship with the progression of early diabetic retinopathy. Results SBP,CHO,TG and LDL of DR Group was enhenced in comparison with the normal control group( P < 0.05): while HDL is lower than the control group( P <0.0S). TG and the process degree of DR demonstrate a significant positive correlation( P <0.01). Conclusion SBP, CHO.JG and LDL are major risk factors for me occurence of DR, TG may be related to the development of DR. It is extremely important to control the related risk factors in the occurrence and development of DR.关键词
