摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the best method to make the clear Cornell incision for cataract surgery combined with vitrectomy. Methods We analyzed retrospectively the appearance of the newly clear corneal incision during the vitrectomy, the steady of the anterior chamber in phacoemulsification,the integrity of the post capsule and the leakage of the new corneal incision, its influence on the fundus observation if there was leakage of corneal incision during the vitrectomy, with comparison to the conventional corneal incision. Results The new clear corneal incision is better than the conventional incision, because it has better anterior chamber steady, lower posterior capsule break rates, and less incision leakage. Also, it does not affect the fundus observation during the vitrectomy. Conclusion The new method tor corneal incision is simple to manipulate, and it has many advantages over the conventional incision.关键词
