摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the suigical method and the curative effect of Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with external retinal reattachment surgery in the treatment of senile cataract with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment Methods Review and analyze 18 cases of cataract and retinal detachment in one-stage operation through this method with clinical observation and analysis on curative effect Results 16 cases (88.9%) succeeded. The uncorrected visual acuity of 0.1 or better was 33.3% in 6 eyes. Conclusion Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with external retinal reattachment surgery is worth to be popularized, for its safety and efficiency quick recovery and relatively simple.关键词
