Abstract
Objective To explore the reason of fold and dislocation of corneal flaps after LASIK , clinical treatments and the pre-prevention methods. Methods Retrospective study of 29 patients'records (29 eyes) that found fold and dislocation of corneal flaps after operating LASIK in ophthalmic hospital of Tangshan from Jan 2010 to Jan 2012. Results Operators'experiences , the thickness of corneal flaps , the pedicel position , diopter, wink sharply are the main initial factors which can cause fold and dislocation of corneal flaps . The unexpected injures are main reasons for that affects once the operations have been done. Those 29 patients got good visual acuity outcomes after implementing corneal flaps reposition operations. Conclusion Effective pre-treatments can reduce the numbers of fold and dislocation of corneal flaps , carry on prompt and appropriate treatment can prevent serious complication happening and get perfect visual feedbacks after LASIK operations.关键词
