摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the effects and safety of phakic posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation for high myopia. Methods 35 eyes in 21 patients with high myopia were operated implantation of phakic posterior chamber in -traocular lens ( PPCIOL). Results Uncorrected visual acuity ( UCVA) in vary period postoperatively had been improved ( P < 0. 01). The contrast of the residual diopter in vary period postoperatively is P > 0. 05. 42. 86% of eyes achieved UC -VA ≥5. 0, and 85. 71% of eyes achieved UCVA ≥4. 7 at 1 year postoperatively at one year after operation . The post-operative BCVA of every eye was not worse than the pre -operative one in vary period. Conclusion The implantation of phakic posterior chamber intraocular lens for high myopia is safe and effective .关键词
