The surgery of orbital hydroxyapatite implantation in the muscular pyramid under autologous scleral with the extraocular muscle
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of orbital hydroxyapatite implantation in the muscular pyramid under autologous scleral with the extraocular muscle . Methods 54 cases 54 eyes with no visual function were operated by implantating hydroxyapatite in the muscular pyramid under scleral after ecochleation . The facies , ocular movement, conjunctiva and fase recovering , hydroxyapatite position were observed after operation . Results With 4 months to 2 years followed up, 50 cases were excellent with satisfactory appearance and movement , all cases did not find hydroxyapatite expo -sure and other complications. Conclusion The surgery of orbital hydroxyapatite implantation in the muscular pyramid un -der autologous scleral with the extraocular muscle is success without destruction of scleral or extraocular muscles , and can prevent the hydroxyapatite exposure.关键词
