心率变异性与冠心病相关性研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective The heart rate variability (HRV) indicators of patients who had questionable angina symptoms and underwent CAG and AECG were collected and compared. Method Patients with unknown causes of chest pain were divided into CAD and non-CAD according to the CAG results. Results HRV indexes in CAD group were lower than non-CAD group,there were significantly differences among SDNN,RMSSD and PNN50 (P<0.05). Conclusion HRV is decreased in patients with coronary heart disease. The autonomic nerve of CAD patients is in dysfunction,maily the vagus nerves.关键词
