Abstract
In view of problems in human resource management,induction was adopted to systematically discuss the development process of human resource management theory and practice from the perspective of human resource development.Meanwhile,analyses were made of the evolution of human resource management means of experience management,the institution management and cultural management.In addition,a prediction was made of the new developments and trends in this field,which is aimed to provide references for the research of human resource management.关键词
