Abstract
Class is the basic unit of teaching activity in colleges. It is the microscopic environment of students＇ study life, as well as the cradle of talents. It is the important base to realize individuation and socialization of personality. It can better play the role of class education by effectively applying target method and combining the developing goal of class, talents＇ goal of students and cultivating goal of colleges. The practice shows that it is feasible and effective to bring in target managing method for optimizing the work of class management.关键词
