老年血压正常高值耳鸣患者药物疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of drug treatment on tinnitus using Songling Xuemaikang capsule in aged prehypertensive patients in order to analyze the possible influencing factors. Methods 120 aged prehypertensive cases with chronic subjective tinnitus in whom tinnitus was the first complaint and the course of tinnitus was more than 3 months were enrolled in this study from Shanghai Five Mile Bridge Street Community Health Service Center. Drug treatment only using Songling Xuemaikang capsule were given orally to all the 120 patients for two courses of treatment (24 days). After the treatment, evaluations were made according to standards and analyses were performed for influencing factors. Results Of the 120 subjects, fifteen cases recovered. Marked and general effective rates of drug treatment on subjective tinnitus were 25.8% (31 cases) and 40.0% (48 cases), respectively. The total effective rate was 78.3%. The treatment efficency had a negative correlation with the course of tinnitus, and there was no more correlation with other factors. The mean value of blood pressure after drug treatment was lower than the value before treatment, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Intervention with Songling Xuemaikang Capsule was effective for subjective tinnitus in aged prehypertensive patients and good for lowering blood pressure.关键词
