以电导法配合Logistic方程确定不同冬青抗寒性
Measurement of cold tolerance based on conductivity method and the Logistic equation in Ilex

Abstract
An artificial simulation of low temperature was used to measure relative electric conductivity in leaves of 6 Ilex species and cullivare trees and lethal temperature 50 (LT50) were calculated using logistic equation. The results indicated that the tolerance of low temperature in 6 species and cultivars of Ilex trees had a significant difference, and the cold resistance from strong to weak was 1. x koehneana' Emily Bruner'. > 1. triflorap > 1. dabieshanensis > 1. mersevae ' Blue Boy' > Ilex X ' Nellie R. Steven' > 1. mersevae ' Blue Gir'. The LT50 of Ilex was between - 11 -24℃.关键词
