摘要

Abstract

The leaves of Acer truncatum contain many biological active substances, for example, flavonoid, chlorogenic acid and chlorophyll. The contents of biological active substances in the leaves of two year old Acer truncation seedlings were determined under different sprinkling plant fertilizer (SPF) concentration. And the variance analysis and multi-comparison were conducted. The results showed as follows; The influence of the different SPF concentration on the contents of biological active substances in the Leaves of A. truncatum. was very obvious. The contents of flavonoid, chlorogenic acid and chlorophyll treated with 1.3g/L SPF solution were the highest. Difference of chlorophyll contents in different SPF concentration was significant at 0.01 level; Differences of flavonoid and chlorogenic acid contents were significant at 0.05 level.
