Abstract
In this paper, double-side diffusion and back-to-back diffusion of the multicrystalline silicon solar cells which had been thinned to 200 μm were compared by using the simulation software PC1D. The experiments showed that: double-side diffusion and back-to-back diffusion both had good gettering effect, the minority carrier lifetime had greatly improved, and the minority carrier diffusion length was greater than the cell's thickness. Compared to the back-to-back diffusion, the double-side diffusion had better effects on gettering and passivation, a higher minority carrier lifetime, but simulation of PC1D and experiments showed that the conversion efficiency, short-circuit current, open circuit voltage and other electrical properties was not significantly improved after spread.关键词
