氨化水饱和预处理麦秸厌氧消化产气性能的研究
Study on biogas production of anaerobically digested wheat straw by water-saturation ammonia pretreatment

Abstract
Aqueous ammonia was used to pretreat wheat straw to investigate the effect of ammonia amount and loading rates on biogas production. Main compositions of untreated and ammonia-pre-treated wheat straw were analyzed. FTIR was also used to compare the structural characterization of wheat straw,lignin,cellulose and hemicellulose. The results showed that ammonification could improve 14%-23%,26%-36% and 31%~45% biogas production per VS unit at three loading rates respectively. 4% water-saturation ammonia -pretreated wheat straw achieved the highest biogas production of 377 mL/g at the loading rate of 65 g/L It also showed that 39%~42% of hemicellulose, 11% ~20% of cellulose was removed through ammonia pretreatment, while lignin was hardly removed. Structural results showed that ammonia pretreatment could broke down the ester linkage of the waxy cuticular layer, the inner structure of cell was changed and surface area was increased. The inner structure of lignin, hydrogen bonds and β-glycosidic linkages in cellulose and hemill-celulose were broken down, resulting in the separation of cellulose form lignin and dissolve of cellulose, hemicellulose could have a strong affinity for water and can be easily degraded. These changes led to an increase of anaerobic digestion efficiency and biogas yield from wheat straw.关键词
