Abstract
To flexibly transport the large aircraft components in workshops, one type of omni-directional transporting platform of large aircraft component based on omni-directional technology is presented to meet the transportation requirements of large size and heavy load. To change the present condition that one car for a single use, as well as one car for a special use, a novel type of multi-point flexible supporting tool system based on the flexible supporting tool is proposed. Considering the characteristics of one certain type of aircraft wing components, an omni-directional transporting platform prototype is manufactured. And then the corresponding control and programming system is developed. Research result shows that higher accuracy and greater flexibility of transporting can be achieved by using omni-directional technology, and the requirements of aircraft component flexible transporting can be perfectly met.关键词
