Tool Wear of TiN Coated Carbide Tools in Milling Microwave PCB
采用单因素实验比较了不同切削条件下,高速铣削铝种PCB的TiN涂层立铣刀后刀面磨损VB值的变化.研究冷却方式、主轴转速、每齿进给量对刀具磨损的影响规律.在坌相显微镜下观察刀具磨损形貌和分布,发现前刀面上有大量粘结物,并极易产生积屑瘤;而切削路程超过2 000 mm时,加工表面质量严重下降,铜箔翻边.
Single factor experiments are carried out to compare the variation of VB with the change of cutting parameters, when high speed milling microwave PCB. The affects of cooling method, spindle speed and feed per tooth on tool wear are studied. Wearing distribution and abrasion performance are observed under a metallographic microscopy, with the discovery that a lot of dung in the rake surface can result in built-up edge easily.
