摘要

Abstract

The high-frequency impact properties of the ultra-high speed milling process and the nonlinear characteristics vibration for machine technology system are firstly concerned. Based on the force measur-ment with additional elastic elements and finite element analysis, a high frequency three-dimensional milling force test platform is designed and manufactured. The natural frequency of the test platform is detected by pulse test and it satisfies the requirements that its natural frequency is more than 7 kHz.
