外源物质对青钱柳叶片黄酮及微量元素含量的影响
Effects of exogenous substances on the contents of flavoniods and trace elements in leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus

Abstract
The effects of exogenous substances on contents of flavoniods and trace elements in Cyclocarya paliurus leaves of 2-year-old seedlings were investigated by spraying different concentrations of salicylic acid (SA) , nanometer titanium dioxide (Nano-Ti02) , lanthanum nitrate (LN) and sodium nitroprusside (SNP) , respectively. The results showed that 200 mg/L SA has the best effect on increasing the content of isoquercetin and kaempferol in the leaves, and the contents of isoquercetin and kaempferol were 21.199 mg/g and 0.413 mg/g. However, the greatest content of quercetin achieved in the 100 mg/L SA treatment, which was 6.507 mg/g. The highest contents of inorganic ions Fe was obtained in the 400 mg/L Nano-TiO2treatment, which was 1.375 mg/g.关键词
